My Philosophy
I believe that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling and meaningful life - even when they hold the most challenging roles. I guide my clients in identifying and working towards their goals. I love my work, and it is my privilege to help unlock my clients full potential so they can thrive professionally and love their work as well.
My Background
I hold an advanced degree in Organization Development from Johns Hopkins University and am a certified Executive Coach from Georgetown University. My experience and training has been in the service of supporting leaders. My background includes many roles, including:
- Leadership coach and consultant, developing personal and organizational resilience within government, private, and international development and aid sectors in the US and abroad.
- Organizational Resilience Advisor and Director of Programs overseeing coaching and other services that increase the effectiveness of leaders and teams.
- Director of two mediation organizations that provided comprehensive services to the courts, community, and governmental entities in Houston, Texas and Washington, DC.
- Mediator for those whose differences get in the way of results.
My Services
I offer one-on-one coaching. I recommend a three- or six-month engagement during which we will have insightful coaching conversations that result in overcoming obstacles, improving relationships, and connecting to purpose.
And...
I reside in Washington DC, enjoying much of what DC has to offer. Whenever I have spare time, I am taking care of my pups, spending time with great friends and family, and trying my hand at painting. The pieces of art you see here are mine.
